The staff here is absolutely phenomenal, everybody was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was getting my daughter's ears pierced and even at such a young age, she was way more comfortable here than Claire's in the mall. They took their time with her and worked with her and explained everything to her and it was phenomenal. Honestly, I think the pricing was even less than in some mall place. I would go here again for my own piercings anytime. Also, they're waiting room is awesome and includes a pool table and very comfortable couches. It was fun just to wait our turn.

I highly recommend Marissa if you are wanting a piercing done! I was very nervous about getting my nose pierced but she is so sweet and patient. She even had some fruit snacks and a drink for me when I was feeling a little lightheaded after. She also did my jewelry change and has an awesome selection of jewelry!

So pleased with how my tattoo turned out! My daughter and I now have matching tattoo’s. Brian designed them after a conversation with my daughter last summer. I waited almost a year to get mine as I live in Chicago! Worth the wait! Very pleased with the whole experience. It was my first tattoo. Love it!
