Required ID (acceptable forms of ID)

  • Any valid government-issued ID such as a Driver’s License, Passport, State Identification Card, or Military ID.

Deposit Policy

Thank you for booking an appointment with us! Deposits are required to reserve time for your artist to prepare and complete your tattoo. Please understand that canceled or rescheduled appointments impact productivity and affect the artist’s schedule.

  • Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. They can only be deducted when the tattoo is completed.
  • If you postpone your appointment, we will hold your deposit on file for 60 days.
  • Changing your mind about getting tattooed is not a valid reason for a refund.
  • To reschedule, please contact your artist or call us at 678-867-9000 during business hours.
  • A new deposit is required if you no-show or cancel late.

Rescheduling Policy:

  • 4–6 days’ notice: 25% of your deposit is forfeited; you may reschedule without paying an additional deposit.
  • 1–3 days’ notice: 50% of your deposit is forfeited; you must pay the remaining 50% to reschedule.
  • Same-day cancellation or No-show: 100% of your deposit is forfeited.

Touch-Up Policy

We offer a free touch-up within 3 months of your original appointment date for certain tattoos. Finger, hand, and neck tattoos are NOT eligible for free touch-ups. Let me know if this is doable and what you’d need from us to get it set up. Thanks so much!
