The staff here is absolutely phenomenal, everybody was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I was getting my daughter's ears pierced and even at such a young age, she was way more comfortable here than Claire's in the mall. They took their time with her and worked with her and explained everything to her and it was phenomenal. Honestly, I think the pricing was even less than in some mall place. I would go here again for my own piercings anytime. Also, they're waiting room is awesome and includes a pool table and very comfortable couches. It was fun just to wait our turn.

I’ve been here twice and both visits were exceptional! This place isn’t like normal tattoo shops. The staff here makes you feel valued, unlike some other tattoo shops I’ve been to where you feel like a burden. This studio is clean and kept up. You can just tell they care here. Jason is awesome! He was informative, friendly, and professional. I love my new piercing and my little sister also had a great experience as a first timer. Lee did a fantastic job on my forearm tattoo. He walked me through the process and made sure I was happy with the placement. He was also informative and patient with me. I love my tattoo. I’m a customer for life 🖤 y’all are the best. Thank you for being such awesome human beings and for making the process fun!

I saw Marissa for a helix piercing after being obsessed with her instagram for a month or two. She’s walk-in only so there was a little bit of a wait, but there’s plenty of seating in the lobby. It’s not cramped and sad like the lobbies of basically every other piercing/tattoo studio I’ve been too. Once it was my turn, she was super friendly and professional. She was being shadowed by a younger guy, so she explained what she was doing while also chatting with me. It was so quick and not at all painful. I have several ear piercings and have gone to different piercers each time, so I’ve had a variety of experiences. Gotta say Marissa is my fave and I’ll be back soon to get a nostril stud 🙂

Jason was so wonderful! He took the time with my girls to make them feel at ease. He walked them through the process and helped them understand what would happen. Jason joked with them and got them laughing to help calm their nerves. It was a wonderful experience and they are loving their new ear piercings. We had gone to Claire’s preciously to have them pierced and they got infected and had to be taken out. This has been a much better experience and is well worth it. If you are trying to decide between going to a mall shop and a tattoo parlor, definitely pay the little extra to have the experts do it. Thank you Jason!

I went to Inksomnia based on recommendations from several friends and acquaintances. I was told that they were the best and my experience absolutely reflected that. The staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Lee was super fun and went above and beyond in coming up with a design I was thrilled with. I felt the entire time like I was in good hands and I absolutely adore the final product. I received extremely thorough aftercare instructions and know that the staff is there if I need anything. I will absolutely be back - for future piercings and tattoos - and will totally be recommending Inksomnia to anyone looking for the services they offer

Shane was awesome. He was friendly, polite, focused and extremely talented. My tattoo looks great and was customized for me. I was also very impressed with the staff. There was a minor issue and everyone helped and treated the new trainee with respect and approached it as a learning experience. I can't tell you how rare that is today but it confirmed my decision to work with this team AND you do feel as part of the team. Thank you all!

I am exceptionally pleased with everything about Inksomnia. The place has a great vibe and the employees know how to do their job. The piercer, Jason, was easygoing and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. I highly recommend this place if you’re considering a body piercing! (A few of my friends have also had tattoos done here and they look amazing).

I’ve actually been here before to get my first tattoo! And my experience was great. I then went back and of course it was just as great! My experience was very smooth and quick! I love Marisa! She did awesome and made sure i was ok throughout the process! The staff is very nice and answered all my questions. I highly recommend!!!

Lee did a great job with my tattoo. It was my very first tattoo, and he really helped put my mind at ease. He recreated exactly what I had envisioned, and even helped me to make what I had initially envisioned even better. I originally thought I might want my tattoo done only in shades of blue, but after discussing that with Lee I decided to get it done in black ink and couldn't be happier with my choice. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience, and wouldn't hesitate to visit Lee again for future tattoos!

The guy who did my tattoo (Hunter) was fantastic! The tattoo ended up being really high quality In terms of line work in particular. Made sure to properly clean all the machines, wear gloves, and was very sanitary throughout. Have very thorough aftercare instructions. Couldn’t be happier with my experience!
